What is Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment?
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a series of hands-on techniques used to help diagnose and treat disease, illness, and injury. As licensed D.O.s ( Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine), we help facilitate the body’s natural, self-healing process. OMT can help relieve pain in joints and help your mobility in many ways. In certain cases, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment can be used to complement or replace medication and/or surgery. Dr. Bomberg strives to help patients be truly healthy in the mind, body, and spirit.
