I am thrilled to return to my hometown of Steamboat Springs, CO to start my medical practice. I graduated from Steamboat Springs High School in 2006, where I was a member of the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club Snowboard Team and played varsity lacrosse. In 2017, I graduated from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill, located in Greensburg, PA. My post graduate training included one year of Internship and two years of Residency in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM. During my training, I completed the Introductory Course in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field and the Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation Procedural Skills Workshop in Ligamentous Articular Strain technique. After residency, I spent one month training in ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections through Spine West in Boulder, CO. My medical education, advanced training and current practice emphasize osteopathic manual medicine, sports injury management, concussion management, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, and musculoskeletal pain management procedures (including trigger point injections, dry needling, perineural injection therapy (PIT)), prolotherapy, auricular acupuncture (Battlefield acupuncture) and nerve blocks).

Prior to medical school, I earned a bachelors degree in biological sciences from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where I competed on the DePaul Cycling Team, and a masters degree in biomedical sciences from Regis University in Denver, CO. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in power vinyasa yoga through CorePower Yoga in Denver, CO, as well as a 30-hour intensive training in Rocket Yoga through Indigo Yoga in Las Cruces, NM. I taught yoga throughout my medical training and continue to integrate the mind-body-spirit connection into my life and medical practice.

Some of the common conditions I treat include: acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related injuries, acute and chronic pain, headaches, head trauma, pelvic floor dysfunction, neurological disorders, peripartum and postpartum care, torticollis, and plagiocephaly.

My goal is to work with my patients to develop a treatment plan that best serves their overall health and wellbeing. I look forward to giving back to my hometown community as an osteopathic physician.
